I know this is 3 yrs later but how are you feeling without the gallbladder? do you have issues? can you eat anything you want now? I have been asked to remove the bladder and so worried.thanks

Of course "it works". If you eat just little bit things for 3 days your digestive system becomes empty... On average people can store about 4 pounds in their digestive system... if you stop eating you'll "lost" 4 pounds easily, that's the reason all diets work ok at the beggining and then you "stop loosing" so fast like you were doing when you started.

You should try this plan thoroughly, not adding things where you're not supposed to. If you have specific dietary needs, then maybe this plan isn't for you. I don't think there's any point in someone taking part in this if they can't try 100% to follow the correct plan. Adding PB to your saltine crackers? and ketchup? sugar free or not, it's not in the plan AT ALL so why are you having it? You will see real/better results if you follow it to a tee.

Did you lose 18 pounds since surgery or since your pre-op diet? Either way thats amazing. Im catching up on your videos. Im 7 weeks out of lap band surgery. Its nice to watch someone elses journey :)

Hey Jenna!! A size 16 is great but being in Onederland is amazing!! I know you can do it so don't get too comfortable and try to go for it...unlike some you have the tool to help you get there so take full advantage!! You Got This!!!

Missing you Jenna! You have done wonderful but don't talk yourself into being comfortable if your just truly tired of the losing phase. You have come so far and are so close to onederland don't give up now. You still got this!

I couldn't agree with your dr more....you had little to no restriction and the weight gain could've been worse......BUT with that said stop the "sippy, sippy" while eating. Most important is don't beat yourself up. You've come so far and accomplished so much. Good to see you!

I can so relate to this video...im doing all that except for the coffee...im doing soda...and im hard on myself too...we all are going to struggle it is part of out journeyi's. ive put a few back on but I don't consider it a regain, I would consider it a regain when you reach ur gaol then put 20 or more pounds back on...what u have gained to me is just a slip...love ya

So Piper and I were watching this video and she looks at me and says I sure hope my mom is around to watch me grow up. I said why wouldn't she be? She said who knows what could happen when you make a video and drive? Good point Piper. Good point.

I think all dr's have different ideas about vitamins...My surgeon says that there is no need for me to take vitamins. To each their own. You'll do great during your surgery. You're looking great and I love the idea of the tattoo that is one of the many I've been thinking of getting. Glad you came on and did a video been thinking of ya.
