Hello everyone, my name is Theodora Belema, i am a T10-T11 Spinal Cord Injury Survivor. On this channel i will share with you how i rise above challenges bringing you hope and inspiration.
Thank you for showing how you make the bed without using the actual wheelchair to navigate around. My 8 year old daughter has a daybed so part of it is against the wall and I needed a visual to try and teach her how to make it up WHILE she was also in the bed.

Then get black velcro and put it on the bottom of you chair and on the bottom of all your heels if they don't stay on your chair on their own.
Thank you, I intend to stick to flats for a really long time. The stress that comes with heels isn’t worth it for me
I always had this problem with my toes. Buy the toe tape for like athletes and carefully tape your toes in a wrapped straight line and they'll go right in.
