J-235, if you lock yourself out. Click 3 horizontal for 10 seconds, might have to do it twice(three times) if you activated both the AL, SL, TL. I tried to flip my breaker and was still locked out. Hopefully this helps you out. He says it’s clearly in the video but I missed that…

While you're replacing the bulb you may notice that the manual says you should also take out the tube that holds the bulb once in a while. What ever you do... DON'T EVER CLEAN THE TUBE! This requires removing the light bulb and then removing the tube itself for cleaning. I know the manual says to do this once a year; DON'T DO IT! I followed the manual's instructions and tried this and the tube did not go in well. It went in fine by itself but once the light was inserted back in the tube shifted and started leaking. I talked to the folks where I about the tube from and they said that the tubes never go back in right and they suggest not changing them. I had a technician come out and try to do it and they couldn't do it either without leaking. Ended up having to replace the whole ClearRay assembly for $600.00. Call Jacuzzi about this and they were basically useless. They said, "if it's in the manual you should do it and what you're experiencing shouldn't happen and no, you can't talk to our technician"; basically useless and not helpful at all. The place where we bought the tube have always given me good advice and their customer service has been awesome from day one. Their recommendation... "NEVER CLEAN THE TUBE!". If you do, you're gonna have a bad (and expensive) day.

So to set the temp, after I get it to 104 do I lock it in with the jet button like everything else?

My buttons stay lit constantly. I don't remember them doing this. Is this normal? I can't find a way to turn them off. The display only lights up when a button is pressed so no problem there. Thank you. Great video!

My brand New J-475 just installent today is leaking from the 2 diverter valves pump 1 and 2, the air switch are all leaking and one whistling like crazy. I’m not impressed with Jacuzzi Quality and their QA/QC control. For a spa over 10 grants it’s really disappointing.
