very very easy ..... just did it..... took me less than half hour to do..... all u need is 10mm socket and hose clamp pliers ..... my car was getting hotter than usual ..... i just took out thermostat and reinstalled plastic housing and rubber seal without the thermostat, ..... since i only have one car and need it for my daily drive and have to wait for new thermostat ....... system takes about 5 litres of coolant and is self bleeding..... just top up after driving a while

hi when you put the turbo back into the exhaust manifold does it just push in as im having trouble getting mine to go in with the cover behind the fan do you have to press in and how do you line them up ,thank you for any help

The fuel system must be bled properly. Otherwise, the fuel injectors can be damaged.
