Not sure if you saw jubilee playthrough, do you know if I was correct on the wilds being able to be counted as one of other resources for her cards, since it is part of paying and does not say printed.

Thanks for catching when I say something, feels like I am always learning in this game. Editing the playthrough now and I did catch this card when playing. When filming the unboxings I do them a little rushed just to show people the new cards. Most of the time my brain is just reading and does not catch full usage of the cards. Plus I am an Aggie so reading is hard, lol. I started something new on this playthrough where at end i go through cards in a little more detail.

I am assuming you mean the randomizer. If so it is called Marvel Champions LCG, and it uses Marvel CDB. Its not fancy and the UI is clunky but it works

It does not release until the 17th. That's why I mention in unboxing that it will be available then. I get it early as we are a game shop, and Asmodee sends to the shops a week early to make sure they have for release. I got permission to make videos as long asdo not sell until the release date. I try to get it as early as possible but Asmodee sometimes is super slow at getting product out, could be what is happening in your area. Like this deck I ordered on Monday the 6th, and they did not deliver until Monday 13th.

Thanks. Both are great. That is one of the great things about this game. If there are characters you like, and don't want to grab everything, just grab your favorites. It catches each character from the comics, almost like the writers are in on it.

I dont think so as I think I paid extra for playmat. I could be wrong though as it was the all in kickstarter. I was able to get the play mat in the box with only slight lid lift initially

Yeah, loading the playthrough video now.I ended up enjoying the build more than initial view. It has been a roller coaster ride as I heard Bishop announced, excited. Box opening, not sure why but was left feeling meh. I think I was not sure what to expect. After playthrough I think I will be adding another Leadership deck to my decks.

Yeah I think they are better than initially thought. I didnt realize 3 uses so 1 resource to do and not clogging up hand. Seems good

Yeah it was a misuse of a word. Should not have said useless. I think the card is awesome. Was meaning stronger with other players. And you were right looking back could have done so much more with it. Just was busy making sure everything else was going right on film.

Agree I probably cut where I go into this explanation. This is the same thing with Thor and Captain America. She is still one of the characters I want to build with since one of my favorites. Just busy catching up on all new content and playing decks I had built in the past.

Appreciate it, glad you enjoyed it. Most of the time it is me just explaining what I am thinking. These are as much me learning the card interactions as it is showing them on camera. There are many times I do not even see some interactions. I am always worried that the game is going to become so basic to me that I will gloss over something that is simple to me, but may need some explanation to someone else.

@@blitzkrieggames650 I make MC gameplays too and I totally feel you. I don’t want to gloss over cards to go over people’s heads but at the same time I don’t want to bore. Still trying to find a good balance but I think you did a great job, even if it was just your thought process. For example I don’t own NeXt Evolution and even though I’ve seen Juggernaut gameplay I’ve been to lazy to actually look him up on HallOfHeroes and read his cards. But after watching your gameplay I feel like I completely understand his mechanics 👍🏻

Thanks. I just was not sure so always play on the side of caution. Sometimes one of the things I like about doing these videos is the finding out something I may not be doing correctly.

Should have figured it would work just like we talked about on the Angel playthrough. Good to know as about to look into playing Shadowcat or Spectum type of character next at our weekly meet ups. I like making these videos as it gives me a chance to check that I am not making such mistakes and bring up discussions. Now just have to figure out how to edit after video is loaded to add mistakles I make.

Actually if a card doesn't have "thwart" written on it then it doesn't interact with confuse at all, even if it says to remove threat. Confuse only affects characters when they take a thwart action, be it on a card or with their basic stat, so he played it right; notice that the card in question does not have the thwart keyword written on it at all!

Yeah I think it is too easy and looking into changes. The instance he is referring to is the plumage card that has a thwart and attack action. But they are two separate actions and confuse says the next time you thwart, not next card with thwart trait.

@@blitzkrieggames650 so do you mean you can use thwart cards even when confused and still be able to remove the confuse status? If so I'm pretty sure that's wrong, but I'm happy to be corrected; I was always under the impression that ANY thwart action interacts with confuse, whether on a card or just as a basic action, but like I say, I'm open to being wrong. It would certainly make some of my games easier...

I could be wrong too, but I think he means the angel event card that says as a trait attack thwart. Then it it has 2 actions you can activate. One hero action is thwart if in angel form, the other hero action is attack if in archangel form. The way I read confuse is the next time you would thwart, remove instead. But i was not activating the thwart action, but the attack action. I think he is saying because it has thwart on there in general that confuse stops. I only disagree because they have other events in the game that say, action(attack/thwart). I do agree that confuse would stop that as it is an action that is both attack and thwart, or I would have activated the thwart action. Now if the action had no descriptor, just said action remove threat or do damage then yes gets around confuse and stun. Gamera has cards with 3 descriptors, attack/thwart/defend , confuse would stop that entire card. Or even angel metamorphosis card does not have a descriptor on it so gets around it

And sorry just clarifying more, confuse says the next time you thwart get rid of instead. I think that is why they put in the action description whether it is an attack or thwart, or both. It is saying what kind of action it is. He may be right and because it has the thwart action on there I could not, but I feel then that card would be super weak because you could not play it if you are stunned or confused. I think that's why they separated it as 2 different actions , and depends on what form your in to activate it. Otherwise it would have said Action(attack/thwart): if in angel form thwart, if in archangel form attack

Try getting just the mango village expansion. It is the best one in there and main one I won't play without. It was originally released in an advent calendar so might find cheaper
