1. Avoid 1-2 Rep Max on Decline Bench Press: It's not necessary to test your 1 rep max in the decline position. The differences in muscle engagement compared to flat or incline bench press mean it's safer and more effective to test max strength in those positions.
2. Always Use a Spotter: Having a spotter is crucial, especially in the decline position. The decline bench press can be risky without assistance, so make sure you have someone to help you out.
3. Know Your Strength Limits: Understanding your limits is key to preventing injuries. Don't force reps if you feel like you can't complete them. Listen to your body and prioritize safety.
4. Avoid Using Clips Without a Spotter: When performing free barbell squats or bench presses without a spotter, it's safer not to use clips. This way, if the weight feels too heavy, you can safely dump the weights to avoid injury.

Same bro , I was like a obese a guy and my parents ain't allow me to join gym as I was young so I started home workout and I got good arm size and shoulder Size and I also started playing football aswell I still got some belly fat and chest fat cuz I don't take like a detailed diet but still in a good shape with good vascularity;)

6 months ke andar 100 kg se 59 kg aaya hu without loose skin and without loosing any muscle 35 percent body fat tha and aab 8 hai this is possible but you have to be regular towards your gym and diet warna kuch nhi hone ka 😊

Eat less do resistance training walk a lot.
