wow you get so many awesome birds The only birds I get are spotted doves, pigeons, sparrows & noisy miners but they usually stay in trees & dont go near me like the other birds Magpies sadly are down the street but not on mine, no native trees anywhere because of mass housing for all the 3rd world imports I've planted a few native plants and trees in my front yard hoping I can change that, but it'll take a few years sadly I'd love to see some crows and magpies in my yard, specially to hear the magpies & their amazing singing each day

I love this friendly, Noisy Miners! I thought these Miners lived inland, but they also come to urban areas? I am Japanese who studied abroad in 1995 and traveled around Australia on a motorcycle. One morning a noisy miner came to my tent site alone and I gave him the Weet-Bix I had. It happened in Kulgera, 275km south of Alice Springs. It was difficult to find out the name of this bird that appeared so small in the photos I took at the time. I am planning to work in Australia in the future, so I definitely hope to meet them again someday. I haven't been able to go to Northern Territory, so the rest of the motorcycle trip is in my bucket list.

This is a great video. Luckily for these birds the miners can’t do a great deal, unfortunately for our smaller native birds they aren’t so lucky.

Very sweet. Citrus fruits give them a bad tummy so next time try giving them Royal Gala apple or sweet fresh grapes that they LOVE!
