GREAT CONCERT..had no ticket but my friend had two doberman pincer dogs . we took them for a walk and ended up sitting in the stands with them. they knew the music and loved the show as much as we did. was there after when the scoreboard blew up. alot of damage and one poor drunken bastard staggering by almost got it on the head. 50 YEARS COMING UP SOON would love to hear of a reunion party, i live on east coast but could be there in a heartbeat

This was the first concert my spouse and I attended. From the wait just outside the gates someone brought a 24 and quenched our thirst as we waited. Once inside, had great seats and now at the age of 74 I still remember. The air was sweet with Mary Jane being passed about. A concert to definitely remember.

It's pretty good! Amazing, I would say. There's a couple moments which feel slightly off-time, such as the first verse or the Shine On guitar intro (maybe it's just me) - but still... much of it feels like you've managed to recreate the interplay between the individual guys in the band - buy they had it easier, as it happened in real time in their case! :) that's an amazing feat. Indeed, you opened my eyes to how Nick plays one long fill throughout most of the song - crazy. And you recaptured that perfectly. And the instrumental tones sound 100% accurate. You have a very nice voice, by the way - very Rick Wright-y :) kudos!

Kudos for the guy who yelled for Grantchester Meadows and "More" and urged them to "Play the first six albums" :) AFAIK, they scarcely ever played anything from these albums at that point, bar 'Echoes' and maybe 'Careful'

Mason is great on this bootleg, nice swing in his kick work (Shine On, part II and III). Better drummer than he's given credit for. What a fantastic video, with such detailed commentary! I so wish I was there!! Just a couple questions/remarks: 1) you said 'WYWH' had not been released by the time of this gig. Some fans, however, seemed to know the songs already - one of the audience shouts out for 'Shine On' at one moment (yeah I know some ppl might have attended other shows - lucky bastards - or read a review in a music mag, which mentioned the titles - just taking note). 2) you wrote that the instrumental passages and vocals in "Dogs" were the last creative contribution from Wright before he was fired by Waters. But he did have SOME creative input on 'The Wall', right? I would imagine 'Empty Spaces' with its synth washes could have something to do with him... Or was it all just Waters? 3) I've just noticed that at the end of Shine On (the dirge for Syd), either Waters or Gilmour plays a tiny snippet of Arnold Layne! 3) EXCELLENT delay effect on bass and guitar in the Time intro! Never heard that before 4) Were all the Dark Side film visuals actually displayed during the gig? Like the hospital sequence in Breathe? 5) I wonder if anyone was seriously hurt during the aircraft crashing into the scoring board. Sounds like a dangerous thing to happen in a middle of a gig
