You can also use railway sleepers they stunning aswell
Maybe after removing the lawn then grade it and the use face brick and pack it in a row you don’t necessarily have to build it in if that makes sense. I know they go for R 2.50 a brick at builders.
After you apologize to the Toyota company you are welcome to come and pickup this piece of crap up. Nothing but trouble right out of the box. Bolts falling off left and right and a chain broken with only 32 hours of use.
get some gloves bro
Very excited to see the results!! Love it
Looking forward to seeing the results! I think if you really want to dominate I'd go for the two garden beds, and then plant a long hedge along the road. Imagine the perfect straight lines 👌
I am getting the same one today, delivered in about 2 hours I am hoping. Rolux Honda Engine, 9 blade and grooved roller. I enjoyed the video of you at the factory and especially the "Reeeel" video. That was an epically funny video.
Thank you for the video. It’s great seeing where my Rolux originated. Mine is shipping tomorrow to NW AR, United States. Very excited to get to using it. My Bermuda is getting very thick for my Fiskars to keep push mowing. 😂
Is that an AI song🤣🤣
@@Zealous_Tutorials indeed. 🤣🤣.
Flower bed against the wall with sprinkles against the wall also so no risk of damage
As a new home owner, I am taking tips. This year will be my first winter, and I'm really trying to keep my kikuyu green. I last got the lawn mowed just before June. The growth on the lawn is now slow, so I assume all the energy is going to the roots.
My 2 cents.
Great Video !👌🏻 Well done and good luck with the reno.
That thumbnail is funny mate. Looking forward to the renovation.
How deep does the wall go into the ground? Have you dug to see how deep the bricks go? Personally I’d dig as low as it can go and work with that… probably end up levelling everything and then just seeding so you don’t raise the level again with sod. A garden bed on the side is just going to hide the lawn
People won’t care about your plants. They will drive through them.
Option 2 (garden bed next to the existing wall) is what I would do. I get your point about not wanting people driving on the grass but the reality is, people are hopeless and if there's a wall there or a garden there, they are just going to crash into that (which is harder to fix than some damaged sprinkler heads or grass).
I'd go with a hedge along the road, adding a few gaps for annual flowers could be nice for color. Then grade the lawn to the raised section at the wall. The new songs are awesome by the way 🤣
I would do a retaining wall at the back and do a garden in there and then grade the front and add some plants along the road side.
Rather do a walled garden at the top. To bring the top level lower. The gabian rock wall would look awesome
Is your electric fence to keep out wildlife?
It's Johannesburg... To keep out the criminals/tsotsi's
@@LionOnSea Thank you, I am in western Canada and we use electric fencing for rotational grazing farm animals. It is illegal here to have man traps.
@@wayneessar7489 Haha "man trap", love it 😂 Crime in SA a sad reality
Amper middel van winter in die wes kaap en die grass is nog groen. Sny op die oomblik net 1 keer per week, maar hy lyk mooi! Sterkte daar, as ek die comments so dop hou hieronder bly jy naby Kempton!
Just ordered mine here in NW AR. Be next week before it arrives. I am excited to get my first petrol reel mower and Rolux seems to be a great machine with a proven track record.
I have same model coming next week here to NW AR. Tiff Bermuda will be much easier mowing not pushing with the Fiskars.
Nee chom.... waars die vellies?
Is it true the crime is bad in south Africa I work with a guy from kempton park he said it’s the worst place on earth?
Lekker man. Die winter is warmer as gewoonlik. Eks in bloem en my gras nogsteeds groen begin Julie.
I also have kikuyu grass but stay in Cape Town. Wonder if my approach will be different than yours.
2:58 is that a stick
@Justthemow nope it's droëwors
I just ordered a Rolex 20” Honda 9 blade to go with my Fiskars reel mower. But my workhorse is the Toro Turfmaster with its Kawasaki engine. It is a real beefy rotary walk behind.
The music in the background is distracting
YES. but also please have more kids too lol. world needs millions like you.
What length is your grass? It looks amazing.
Whats wrong with this guy?
LOL
Awesome video. I find it beneficial to see when someone is struggling with the same things I do. I fortunately have a POA solution for my bermuda lawn. A KBG lawn is definitely more challenging for that.
Hi, nice videos! how do you manage/control the creeping from the bentgrass into your regular lawn. i plan to do also an bentgras green in a Tall fescue lawn.
hello, could I have your email address? I have such new innovation Lawn Aerator Shoes to share with you, pls dont miss this chance
Net nadat jy in die hond se poo getrap het, het daar 'n Palmolive advertensie opgekom. Tydsberekening was impressive. Gaan met Rye as jy die KB wil verander.
Lekker video
I feel for you man, this lawn looked really good, maybe the Reno is the best way forward 😢
if you always never mow with a catcher, maybe you are not collecting the seads of the poa annua causing more weeds
Great video 👏🏽👏🏽
Try some Gulf Green. R40 / m2. Similar to tiff-tuff.
jou tuin is pragtig.
dit kan darm frot as n man oor n vars warm honde drol op die gras sny.
Jisi your garden always looks amazing! Would like to see more videos on your thought process getting the surrounds to look so lekker!
Try a variety of couch / bermuda grass that can be cut down to around 4mm
please give me your contact email, I have 100% perfect lawn aerator shoes can share with you
