the current heaven is not our final state we will resurrect in new physical bodies and the heavenly Jerusalem will descend to earth and heaven and earth will be joined and we'll have the best of both physical and spiritual so even though NDEers report great experiences it will actually be better when physical and spiritual are united
I think heaven is not only in the spiritual state alone because Jesus went to heaven in his physical glorified body including Elijah and Enoch in the old testament.
