No thanks. There’s a reason why rice paper isn’t cooked. Because it becomes very tough. Trust!!! Been eating rice later rolls since I was a child & I’m 45yo! Leave it alone!
It only gets pan fried to get crispy on the bottom. The top is chewy and the perfect texture
