Why does NMC UK continue assessing oversea nurses from red listed country and even give them pins when they have succeeded yet they won't be employed. Secondly if I am already in the UK as a carer but from a red listed country and I would like to make a switch to health care visa after completing the NMC criteria how do I go about it

Am emmanuella i had an interview with lifted care home so i emailed the hr my employer mrs sophia obrien abt my interview she said they are processing applications tht they will get touch with me in due course but i have been sending emails till now i applied in march 2023.
