Всегда думал, что время приготовления карбонары равно времени варения спагетти, здесь в принципе увидел метод не проебаться с яйцами, с добавлением горячего жира для эмульгации, но думаю, что пацаны с яйцами просто высыпают спагетти в сковороду с жиром и панчеттой, подливают немного воды из спагетти и вырубают огонь с последующим добавлением яиц с пармезаном и быстрым замешиванием, итог минут 10

I prepared the clams ahead of time because the guests had appetizers first. This way, if a large number of orders came in later, it would be easier and quicker for me to finish the dish.
Takes sweaty gloves off, and doesn't wash hands, and on top of that touches everything, including the food going out to customers. If you're gonna make pov videos, at least be a professional. That also includes inappropriate contact with people you work with.

Согласен, но не думаю, что он по собственному желанию надевает перчатки. Он чистоплотный и содержит кухню всегда в частоте, но я думаю при отсутствии перчаток, он бы из-за тактильных ощущений был бы вынужден помыть руки несколько раз, в том числе после нарезки чеснока.
