You’ll be surprised. Many of the stockier Capoeristas can move. It’s mind blowing.

It's very difficult to master this type of style and pull it off in a real fight, but it can be done. Conor McGregor was really good at landing capoeira kicks, it was probably a major factor in why he became the most popular MMA fighter, because it looks beautiful when you KO someone with it.

I have only seen Capoeira kicks used in MMA on UA-cam. It will be interesting to see it live in person.

I can only imagine that mma fighters who use Capoeira techniques in the octagon endlessly train to perfect their preferred techniques.

Definitely better to be safe than sorry.
