On the territory of Hungary, in the Tokai region, there are unique Gombos Hill wine cellars, nicknamed "Hobbit Village". To create an ideal microclimate in the cellars, the peasants used the features of the landscape - there was an ancient volcano on the site of the hill, which contributed to the formation of mold on the walls. This inconspicuous phenomenon has become the key to maintaining a stable temperature inside the cellars, which contributes to the maturation and storage of wine. Today, the "Hobbit Village" is one of the main attractions of the Tokai region, attracting tourists from all over the world with its amazing history and magnificent wines.
