I'm seventy and when I want to lose weight I eat two boiled eggs every morning. The protein keeps me full until lunch time and I lose weight every time I do this. I am also in good health other than gout which I got from my dad, my brother has it too. You can't run away from your genes.

Been eating eggs from day one for breakfast. Hard bioled or fried. Sometimes my mother beat an egg & cooked it with rice or wheat cream. No high colesterol or blood presure. Wieght is where it should be & walk, swim & workout 5× a week. At 74 everythings so good no one believes my age.
Why did you say in your other video that these fruits are bad for people over 50?
Its excessive intake can cause health problems, worse if you have a pre-existing disease, the fact that it contains unprocessed sugar cannot be overstated. I make it very clear in the video that fruits are important for health, but everyone understands it in their own way. AVOID is different from STOP eating!

Forget the toast, muffins, hash browns. IE CARBS! When I almost eliminated carbs within two months the following happened: My heart rate lowered about twenty beats a minute from 90’s to 70’s My arthritis pain was reduced significantly and I no longer have to take ibuprofen. My allergies are almost gone and I’m not on an antihistamine for the first time in thirty years! My insulin resistance is gone, I eat a low carb/ no carb meal and I’m not hungry for a long time instead of hungry again in a couple hours. My fatty liver and belly fat are gone, I lost 18 lbs of body fat in less than 60 days. I’m able to easily fast from 6pm until noon the next day with only slight hunger pangs instead of ravenous, blood sugar crash induced cravings. Yes eat lots of eggs, and bacon with it, and forget the carbs whenever you do. I guarantee you will notice the difference.
Eggs raises HDL good cholesterol with no effect on LDL bad cholesterol. It’s a super food
LDL cholesterol on it's own isn't "bad" cholesterol, our bodies make it and is essential, it's when it is in the presence of other things like metabolic issues that it becomes problematic. Your are correct it is a superfood, actually eggs are the only true superfood there is.
