The event is called, "Landscape and Identity: How Travel Shapes Us," and will be showcased until Nov 8. The gallery features pieces on travel, journeying, and The Art of Pilgrimage by Phil Cousineau. Each piece tells a story of the spiritual journey it took to get there.

PARTICIPANTS WILL ENGAGE IN MINDFULNESS MEDITATION AS WELL AS MINDFULNESS MOVEMENT AND MEANINGFUL DISCUSSION TO PROVIDE THE TOOLS FOR RESILIENCY IN DAILY LIFE.
