They didn't skip Elena, Mai's release date said "Winter 2025". Which yes confused many people (including me at some point) into thinking that it would be like December of 2025, especially since her character was positioned after Elena. Remember tho that January and February are also Winter besides December, so "Winter 2025" means "January or February 2025". I feel like it didn't help that Mai was positioned after Elena, which brought a lot of confusion, but if you really think about it, why would they wait like a year to release 4 DLC? That just seems like really poor pacing. So I'm pretty sure it was planned to be this way from the start

Ed is really cool gameplay wise in this game, but let's be honest, he might be bottom 1 in terms of visual design. Goofy ass 2010 wannabe scene haircut does not mesh well with skinny jeans and an open jacket.

I can relate. I''d love to have Akira, Laura, G, Zeku, Menat... Hell, I think only Abigail would be a worse choice. That being said, that's an extreme makeover if I ever saw one. He's not even Ed anymore though, I feel bad for the 41 people who did liked the original Ed. lmao
