A song of reflection, looking back upon myself with parents in childhood and adult years. And....imaginatively, contemplating if there could ever be one more time to recuperate from feelings of loss. I've mentioned before, I've not a singer's voice. It's quite a drawback as a guitar player in a world where songs proliferate contemporary music, so I'm trying to roll with it and have a go.

Cover of Take Me To The River played with 61 Deep in a small Micro pub in Broadstairs Kent. I've added a guitar riff that makes its way into the groove and it was also the first occasion when I explored using a TC Electronics Combo Deluxe 65 pedal direct into a PA, as space was limited. Another snippet, playing with Stormy Sundays from the first gig. Peter Gabriel's original has a guitar playing funky root notes in sync with the rhythm and I'd like to find a way to include those somehow while still playing the chords in this way.
