An excellent point. This is very true of States that are not used to lane filtering or lane splitting. Education is key. Please share with non-motorcycle riders so they understand how to keep riders safe when they are following the rules of the road.
A guy might have 39 years if riding experience but the skills of a day one rider. Experience means nothing.
