Hello, I have one just like this and all of a sudden it is not working but keeps flashing a green light. Do you know what the issue is?
I can’t say definitively, but it sound like, for some reason the configuration has dropped out. My advice to you, would be to try to set it up again. Don’t forget to reset before reconfiguration.

I can't connect to the repeater, I tried resetting it already but it didn't work too.
Ok, make sure you press the reset button for at lease 10 -15 seconds. If you are using a phone, go to settings, connections & connect to pix-link 2.4ghz before you enter the default Ip address. When you connect it will say connected without internet, that’s ok, then proceed with the other steps in the video. The same apply if you are using a computer. connect to pix-link 2.4 ghz, and then proceed. If you are still having problems, try explaining where you are having a problem & I’ll try to help.
Do you have to plug anything in on the bottom?
No, you don’t have to. However there are 2 ports, One labeled ethernet, & the other labeled Lan . Although the hard wire might be better, it defeats the purpose of using the Wi-Fi extender. If you are going to use the hardwire you can just use a Wi-Fi router that does the same thing & has more ports, but it’s nice to know you have that option.
All I get is "this site can't be reached" ): My repeater is set up but I need to secure it.
If you are already setup with your password, all you need to do is, go to your network again. The one that says EXT by default click on that, enter your password again & you should be fine.

Make sure you use the default ip that is in the box, & if you are using your phone and the data is on turn off the data while you you setup, go to settings make sure to connect your Wi-Fi to pix link, it will say no internet but the login should come up.

You should try setting up the extender close to your modem or router and then moving it to where you want. After setup you can’t place the extender too far from the Modem or router it needs to receive the signal and repeat it.
