Fourth of July bike parade ride along the coast of oceanside California

Each year the community of Oceanside California goes rogue and holds a bike parade. Everybody dresses up, decorated their bikes and shows up at south oceanside elementary school around 8:30 in the morning. The adults, teens and children ride from the school all the way down to the harbor. They park their bikes at the harbor and stop for breakfast and drinks at the end of the ride

I born ( 1945) and raised there in o'side. I lived in the Eastside what u call the posole now. Back in the day,we always went to the beach. I love o'side and always will!

I first moved here in 1984 after my then-husband was stationed here by the USMC. That guy lost my heart, but Oceanside never did and never will. I tried to live "back home" a few times but I always came back here, and now I'm here to stay ♥

Ahh I remember back in the day driving from the Naval Health clinic in Del Mar to angelos for burgers during our short breaks. It was always a gamble on whether or not we would get back in time before our 1st class’ lost their minds. Great times

Good ole Oceanside. I haven't been there since the late 80s
