With the use of data, you will be able to allocate resources effectively, identify any potential cost overruns, and make informed decisions on where to invest or reduce costs. For instance, a filling station with several pumps and long queues may experience a high level of inefficiencies and bottlenecks, which begins to impact its sales. As the owner of the station, you are concerned and want a solution. The owner of the station can use data-driven analysis to identify the bottlenecks, e.g, the reason for the long queues, why there is low sales or sales growth, etc. The reason may be as a result of delay in payment as they have 1-2 POS machine(s), which is not very reliable. It could be that the pumps are slow, or there is no one to properly direct cars into the filling station. It may also be that the attendants are distracted and/or not motivated to work. The key findings from the data analysis can be analyzed and the possible solutions identified and implemented. When this is done, it improves efficiency and in turn the bottomline because the filling station would have gotten direct information on the problem and proffered solution based on the data gotten as opposed to just looking at the queues and making a random decisions.

Thank you for the feedback Godgift. So invoice automation typically involves using an ERP or software to automatically perform the steps in the invoice lifecycle from capturing data to approval. A good example of this software is QuickBooks, with QuickBooks, you can generate automatic invoice(s) for your clients...and a whole lot more. There are other good softwares as well. If you are about to set this up, there are so many factors to consider particularly integration with your system. So, in one of the subsequent presentations, we can look at providing information on all you need to know giving automated invoice processing. I hope this helps
