All the new doors are white, so I guess they just didn't bother repainting them to red, as they'll be retired soon. Majority of mk1 doors are also completely white What I'm really wondering is why they bothered to put a red window rim in the door...

I really wish I got an interior video of a 1995 mark 1 yesterday, but we were already there for quite a bit since for at least 30 minutes there were only mark 2.5s and mark 3s coming in 😂

I'd love to see what they look like! My favourite interior design is definitely the one seen at 5:35. It looks pretty clean but I personally would do some small changes to add contrast.

Well thing is that set went from the inbound track onto the outbound platform instead of arriving in the inbound platform, doing the whole switch and then coming to the outbound platform, according to @martinmooo from what he told me, the 6 car mark 1s always undershoot when coming from the inbound track to the outbound platform

Aah, that makes a lot of sense.

the undershoot has long been a thing for several years, but think of how close the doors will be to the guideway access door when the mk5s come in.

Yeah I have yet to see that and I've been wanting to see that for ages now, I wonder why they don't couple all the 1995s together in general, I've seen a whole set of 1991s before
