We dont have like that called ours called pitcha
O gods...I could hear it as it touch or hit your ankle...i hears from my friend that it's hard. Maybe cuz most are made of leather? The ones in vn are bit soft cuz it's made of plastic, feathers, a little bit of metal(like those of paper clips), and straws I think. The designs mainly aims for kids but horrible aim for me cuz I've never been able to kick straight unless it's by hand.
