China has limited rules on how many kids (births) you are allowed to have. These kids will not get adopted by Chinese people.

Still my absolute favourite Gotcha day video and i have seen so many. Her being so happy to meet you is such a unique and amazing reaction from such a little girl. Usually the children are confused and very scared, but somehow she knew immediately who you were and that she was going to have a amazing life. I have never seen that before, it really is special.
