BACK DAY AT THE MECCA
Join Marc and i as we dive into an intense back workout focused on maximizing muscle growth! In this video, we are showcasing:
- Effective isolation movements
- The importance of the mind-muscle connection
- Utilizing forced reps with the help of a training partner
- A variety of grips using machines to target different areas
- using a very cool attachment from "Myflexx-fit" - thanks to @johnjewett7970
Remember, it's not about the number of reps. What truly matters is the intensity of your training. Our goal is to push ourselves with challenging weights until you reach failure. By our last reps, whether if they're being forced or not we should be giving everything we've got AND MORE!
these have been some staple exercises over the past 6 weeks on back day, my back is literally numb after training - and since things are connecting so well with them im keeping things consistent
- Rope Pull Downs
- Penatta Row Machine
- Hammer Strength Pull Down using "myflexxfit" handles
- T-Bar Row
- Old School Atlanta Pin-loaded Row really isolating each rep

If I could give advice/reason or motivation to someone out there, I would have to say, put your priorities first and realize your potential and the abilities you truly hold dear to you, understand the reason's to why you chose this path and when you feel like you cannot do it anymore, get back up and add to your session, you wont regret the moments of weakness, because they build a strength so ...
