Hey Friends! I decided... yesterday that I want to start creating UA-cam videos as a way to share my upcoming travel experiences with my friends, family, and whoever else is interested in watching them :) I have quite literally NEVER posted on UA-cam before and I am NERVOUS lol. *GASP* i just heard the god awful feedback sound during part of the sound bath! My apologies. Next time I’m going to use the tiny microphone and see if that works better than iphone mic 😊❤
Be careful... starting out documenting your journey can turn into a full-time passion! It happened to me! Best advice I can give you is to NOT pack a suitcase full of expectations and learn to go with the flow. Good luck! 🌴😎

Very weird... you have the vibe I would expect a very known youtuber would have, however it seems you've just started. Also I'm kind of confused why your videos showed up on my feed as I haven't seen a yoga related video for, I would guess, 7 years now😂. Extremely beautiful, easy to listen to, surprisingly simple yet effective video framing, sharing your journey around wellness and healing, I'm sure there are many people who will find your content compelling. I don’t know how this ended up on my feed, but I’m glad it did. I’m a Canadian who has been dreaming of moving to Costa Rica for a year now. It’s intimidating going there by myself and starting a new life. It’ll be easier if you came with me 😅

Great post, you handled the travel pressures very well. I assume that you are on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. We own a place on the Pacific coast, near Jaco and was curious where abouts you are staying. We currently live in Florida but are planning to move there permanently very soon. Costa Rica has about 26 or 29 micro climates, you can live somewhere where it is always mid 60's in the morning and mid 70"s in the afternoon. Or go to the beach areas and be mid 80's every morning and mid 90's every afternoon. Want different temps live some where else in Costa Rica
wow that is a lot of micro climates! I did notice that actually just between where I am vs. the airport. So interesting.

so, simplify and trust the trust...it's not a linear journey, always going from place to place because you are already there/here...a circular dance...winter, spring, summer and fall...normalcy, mediocrity, is insanity...nurture your uniqueness while thinking outside the box...feed your body with fresh fruits and vegetables, in season and preferably locally grown and NOT fractured...remember, alone comes from all one...inside out not outside in...and yes, trust the trust
