This is what results when talented musicians collaborate; in this case, Julie Andrews and Nelson Riddle. Both have classical music education in their backgrounds, so they don't have musical limits. I love Sinatra, but he would have rejected this arrangement as too complex. But Nelson knew he could take chances with her and gave his musical imagination free rein. There are parts of this arrangement that would have tripped up even experienced vocalists. Julie is confident throughout the entire piece. It's a brilliant collaboration. Nelson Riddle was the musical director for Julie Andrews' TV show that ended all too soon. He was quoted as saying that it didn't last because the show was too sophisticated for the audience. Brutally truthful and correct.

I grew up on Disney, and hearing this song every time I went to Disney makes the nostalgia fill me to the brim. I can barley contain my tears. Add Julie Andrews to that and my tears are spilling out of me
