Sheeeesh! How fast is it? Am i gonna be slower on it than i am on my razor carbon flux? In the 90s kick scooters were the slowest ride around i was faster on roller blades by far. When razor revived scooters i was able to beat the average person on a mountain bike ... What does this thing do? Is it up to me how fast it goes or is it like the 90s ones that arent capable of hogh speed?

I love hearing the struggle with detailing the cons of a bicycle.

There's one locally for $15 but I would look ridiculous on it. Some could pull it off, but Im afraid not with me. I kind of stand out already so now I would become the Amazing Infamous Scooter Bike Man. NOPE. I can get my choice of any used bike for same price and have the flexibility of riding, fast riding, gliding like a scooter or walking it.

I bought one of these many yearsago and it is great 0 maintenance. I tried adding a front wheel motor to heolp on Vermont's steep hills. A 350 watt front wheel was not powerful enough to help and it made the bike heavy. So I put the orginal wheel back on and continue to enjoy it. We finally got a bike path with fewer less hills.This brand is super light which my dog appreciates.

How would you repair the connector if a pin is broken?

Careful on this purchase as no one responds to any communication about battery replacement. Mine is worthless becasue of that.

Alright I'm sold. I hate bike seats which causes me not to ride much, and trying again recently I've noticed the back pain more too. I have to put the seat higher to get a full extension on my leg, but then it's too awkward to get going and i have to put more weight on my hands that constantly go numb because of it. And of course the seat is just wedged into a bad area. It's just a disaster. Time to get a kick bike

Your instructions to bend and raise the knee was very helpful.Ssecond time out was better than the first. I'm doing this on steep country gravel roads. So hopping on and off. Exhausting and exhilerating.I was snow scootering and now this! Feeling young. Thank you.

Didn’t want to spend a lot on my first Kickbike since wasn’t sure I’d like it. Got the osprey one on Amazon, and used it so much it’s falling apart. I rehabbed my running knee injury on my scooter when I wasn’t allowed to run and the bmx style kept me going out on the trails I love while I was injured. But now my dogs mushing it have busted both brakes and neither front or rear wheel has ever stayed true even after a bike shop alignment. I’m finally ready to spend more for a better built scoot. Looks like Kickbike America have some designed for mushing, most likely going to get one of those soon.

Mine arrives this week. I’m in Melbourne Australia and I can’t wait. Rehabbing a knee/hip injury and I look forward to getting back into the game. Can’t wait to go along the bike tracks in my town and ride along the coastline. Yay.

I have a daily commute with my young son and adapting to his tempo I did not get a workout on my regular bike. Then I found a kickbike and it changed everything. Works up a real sweat and is a great support for running which is my main objective.
