Mostly videos of my mountain adventures in Japan. I've hiked about 900+ (different) mountains in Japan and love taking pictures while I am out there. I also have lots of videos from volunteering after the earthquake and tsunami in 2011 in Tohoku. There are also some videos of me hacking around with my guitars for anyone interested in cringing.

This is a loop hike from Mitsumata to Jonendake and Chogatake. This takes in about half of the Ginza Panorama. There are spectacular views of the Kita Alps. Jonendake is one of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains.

This is a hike in the fall to Mt. Tanigawadake (谷川岳) from Ochia in Gunma, Japan. Tanigawadake is one of the 100 Famous Mountains of Japan and has the earned reputation as a bit dangerous. I like the grass and flower scenery particularly with the breathtaking backdrop of the mountains. Nice hike.
That was fun...... It wasn't my first choice, though. Mrs. Caveman and I had camping reservations in a swanky place. I was going to hike one of the big boys while she stayed below doing her sketching. It's rainy season though and it was pouring the day we were heading to the campground. The forecast was bad for the next 2 or 3 days. :-( We cancelled and I opted for this one closer to home. I was lucky not to get rained on.

Sometimes I see people with carrying little plastic sleds on their backpacks--just big enough to sit on with a handle you can hold onto between your legs. If I'm wearing snow pants, I'll just sit on my butt and slide downhill sometimes. 🛷

Thanks for the comments and the like. I feel privileged to be communicating with a 15 year old blues guitarist . . . I can think of some guys who once to be in the same class and wonder if you might join them someday--guys with names like Eric, Keith, etc. For the guitars, I think I am leaning towards adopting names my uncle and dad used for their black motorcycles. The Les Paul will be "The Black Cat" and the Strat will be "Half Fast".
You know, one piece of trivia that I didn't mention about the strat is the whammy bar--just so I could avoid any kind of bad jokes.....
I guess your guitar is female? She needs a name that would entice you to put your fingers all over her, but no need for that!!
