I have a good memory and I realized my mom is a narcissist.. I look back and she would bad mouth my dad.. I was very young..and now I see it. Even when my dad had a stroke she was like I thought y'all were going on vacation and I was like um no...dad had a stroke.. wtf

The first statement is a generalization and not really the truth. Many high I.Q. people go to bed early and wake early; there are work schedules to be considered, etc. Early rising allows time for introspection and centering. My father had an I.Q. of about 150 and was in the military. I'd find him up at 5:30 am making his coffee and he'd watch the farm report at 6 am which was quiet; it was just a guy giving a report from his barn. It set the tone for his day.
