Is there any risk to using the same app for password management and for 2fa? If 1Password gets hacked, does the hacker now have access to both?

For duplicates, does it keep Clio Grows or Clio Manages information? I am scared to click the button but we have A LOT of data that I do not want to lose if it updated the wrong way.

Inability to update/reorder a picklist seems like something Clio should change.

There really isn't a work around for editing a Clio template, correct? You can only upload a new template file and not edit it within Clio, correct? Do you have search tips for other videos of yours related to the documents tab in Clio?

Great tips in this video. I have found the plug in for Clio in Gmail to be very inconsistent/buggy. Melanie, you have over 300 videos. If someone were looking for other videos related to the Clio communication tab, which ones would you recommend the most?

I just purchased a Rocketbook. Your video was very helpful. I am a paralegal and plan on using it at the office instead of the typical steno book. Which I would scan into a digital file if necessary. How do the downloaded pdf pages work? A mobile client intake form would be useful. It would have to be filled in on an iPad within the app? I see you use Clio also. We just started with this software. Do you have any videos on that? I find it very cumbersome but we just started. Can’t wait to get started setting up my Rocketbook! Thank you!

We have never used because you could not edit, move, etc. Clio has now made it so if you accidentially put it in the wrong matter, you can move the message, but it seems you can still not edit or delete the message. Since it is part of the client file, I often want/demand staff goes in and edits etc. when they spell things incorrectly, have poor grammer. If Clio would make it fully editable like notes, comm logs, etc. it would be great! (like I just edited this message for a typo. hahaha)

Considering Clio and this will help us hit the ground running. Real world help and really appreciated.

Melanie - maybe you can persuade them to show a view of ALL practice areas. Your suggestions have more sway than do mine. And another would be to have a way to copy a stage set from one area to another.

I presently use LegalBoards and have liked it a lot, but really glad for this feature. I would lose the automations that LB does and wonder what your thoughts are about filling in that gap. Kudos on this video!

Just became aware of Clio Duo and found your video. I am a little surprised there isn't more information or discussion about this. Ultimately, the service industry, including legal, could benefit hugely from an AI assistant that can not only provide reminders or "summarize documents," none of which is very exiting or helpful (IMO) but is able to actually track and capture time, create time entries and associate them with the correct project/matter. When this becomes possible, it will revolutionize how service based businesses are run. It will be something wonderful.
