Hi, I’m Luke. I enjoy the outdoors, a guitar, and good food.
Floating the Au Sable River for Rainbow Trout
We floated the Au Sable River from Mio Dam Pond to McKinley Bridge to catch trout. We ended up with 1 12” rainbow and a 7” Brown Trout. We did do a little fly fishing and saw a nice 16”+ Brook or Brown, but could not get it to bite. We also did some truck camping and camped the shoreline of the pond. At the end Greg shows us his favorite way on how to cook trout. This was an awesome weekend adventure.

I caught my first trout in the Au Sable River in Oscoda, Michigan. I truck camped on Lake Huron and then hit the water the day before and the day after. I was extremely fulfilled with this fishing adventure as I have been wanting to catch and cook a trout for awhile now. Now I'm hooked!
The Truck Topper Mod You Need: Rails and Cargo Net DIY Install

In this DIY video I install a cargo net and roof rails to my truck camper shell. This is a very purposeful truck topper modification. For now, it will hold my fishing poles while I go camping.

This weekend I took my Stihl FC91 Edger to edge overgrown sidewalk for free for my landlords. It appears to never have been edged. The concrete and driveway look so much better now.
A Lazy Day Truck Napping and Bass Fishing
Переглядів 792 роки тому
I sure had a lazy Sunday and I enjoyed every part of it. I took my truck camper setup to a local park where I fished for bass. The lake has walleye, trout, perch and panfish too. I caught 2 bass, took a nap in my truck, and cooked eggs and potatoes out of the back. It was really nice to relax and and enjoy nature’s beauty.
Truck Camping Trout Opener on the Au Sable 2022 (Skunked Fly Fishing)

This past weekend I truck camped a boat launch. I stopped at Cabela’s to buy a brand new fly fishing rod, a net and a few other items. The camping and cooking and fly fishing community was great. However, I made a rookie mistake and snapped my rod. It’s time to buy a new one and continue chasing the trout as I didn’t catch one of those this weekend either.

This weekend I went solo Truck Camping. It was really peaceful to be in nature and have a nice riverside site. I played fingerstyle guitar, rode my dirt bike, and slept in my truck camper build.
Finished! DIY Truck Bed Camping Setup Overview
Переглядів 5662 роки тому
I DIY built my truck bed camper a couple weeks ago. It took about 4 hours to complete my truck bed camper. The camper shell / topper is the most important part. Under that I have a twin mattress, a blackstone 22" griddle, and a sliding drawer. I am very happy with this truck bed camping setup and plan to keep it for awhile. This is my 3rd camper build and it definitely won't be the last. It is ...

I Sold My Lawn and Landscape Business
Переглядів 2 тис.2 роки тому
After 6 years of business ownership in the lawn and landscape business I have decided to sell my company and move on to the next chapter. I will miss it a ton but I am staying in the industry. I will be working on the Landscape Design, Social Media and Management team at FoxScapes. I will still be laying mean lawn stripes from time to time. My accounts sold, my equipment is almost all sold. Fee...

Today I spent Valentine’s Day with a heart-shaped pizza from Jet’s Pizza. Out on the ice I caught 7 crappie, 3 sunfish, 2 perch and a baby catfish. Overall it was a great time fishing on the lake as I heavily enjoy getting outside in the winter, all seasons for that matter. I caught them on wax worms and jig heads. Soaked Leaves Sucked up by Debris Loader
Переглядів 4263 роки тому
Today we used our Billy Goat 18hp Debris Loader to suck up a pile of chopped wet leaves. The conditions were moist all day and made this fall clean-up difficult. The primary purpose of this video is to show real time of how this debris loader handles wet objects.
Leaf Removal | Real Time Video | Aerial View | Billy Goat 18hp Debris Loader

In this video we used a DJI Mavic Mini to record an aerial view of real time leaf removal. The pile of leaves on this fall clean up was large in size, but the debris loader chopped the leaves up and we ended with a half full trailer. There are some lawn clippings in there as well as we run a lawn maintenance company and performed the last cut here.

Great video thanks. Any leaks from the holes you drilled in the roof a few months on? I’m thinking of doing the same thing
What size cargo net
so functional
Try the Kawasaki fx100v efi on it. That engine simply amazing. I have same mower with Kawasaki. I demoed one with briggs, like comparing a pony to a clydesdale
Super helpful video! Really appreciate that you cut right to the process and not filling it with your life story or sponsors! Thanks dude!
Im gonna start building mine soon. Don't have a truck bed cover yet but ill score a free one off marketplace soon
Good man thanks brother
Looks awesome man!
I love it
hey bro fellow mihigander here. What is that flint thing he lit the stove with? where do i find one?
No demonstration?
Question for yall, I haven’t truly done enough research yet, but in yawls opinion, would this be a good mower for just home use and not commercial use? I have about 3 acres of grass at my property. Thinking 61 inch deck cheetah 2 kawi 1000 engine.
Hey. what have you been up too lately? It's been so long since you put a video out, and I'm guessing you either got married and have no time now, or you got burnt out. Hope all is well with you.
Used to mow natural gas compression stations in Appalachia and man when I tell you some of the hills that job took me on were widow makers I mean it, had my scag lose traction on one and fly about about 50 yds back into a fence, thank the lord i didn’t flip and that fence was there or I would’ve been over a pretty good sized even steeper hill down to the bottom of the hollow. Crazy shit man, definitely the scariest moment of my life, went back a to the station a day later to fix the fence and quit that day, ain’t worth it
Yoopers get a chuckle out of these videos
I can see why 5:48 😅
I own a walker mower, i have a question. Does the bags gets full quick
Looks Great
Screw a small hook in the center. You can hook the middle of the net in it when needed to reduce the bounce.
Nices
Nice googly eyes lol
Older video I know, but want to mention they do have a taller and adjustable back to the seats now.
Hey guys how many cleanups like this fits in your 5x10?
Stunning landscape. Hope to visit the pictured rocks soon.
NOT ONE OF THESE VIDS WANT TO SHOW THE HORRIBLE DRAIN OF OLD OIL. corporate sponsor want to be's

Where can I buy it
I appreciate your video but I am not a professional and my yard is about 1 and a half acres and quite steep and has one very steep hill right above the house and I have been mowing with a lawn tractor for a long time and got quite used to it but I just bought a new Husqvarna Z turn and that thing is a pain, I constantly spin slide and I am tearing my yard constantly and cannot figure out how to cut it, can you help me with that, Thanks
Coach Prime has a new Cheetah 2 Blackout edition at his property in Longmont, Co. He says he cuts his own grass on Sundays.
Didn’t you forget to include the most important part of the oil change? 😂 I mean, it’s pretty obvious, but you know there are idiots among us!
Where is this cargo net from?
That's good 👍 bro take care of your workers well being and your machines it's better to avoid then to regret
Still water tight? I’m nervous to drill into mine.
All you need to do is add some water tight solution

I notice it doesn’t have a suspension seat? How is the bumps? Does your back take all the force of the bumps?
It had a suspension seat. Adjustable and very nice
i have nearly the exact truck setup but i went with plastic bins meant for under your bed, much less weight to pack around
Do you have a link for the swagman brackets shown in this video?
Rolled right over the paver patio. Big mistake just saying.
The overhang would be a nice place to mount one of those retractable awnings
Do you have a video for that storage drawer bed in the back? I could use something like that for deer season.

What bit did you use to drill into the cap?
Metal drill bit to side for my hole, started small. It’s fiberglass cap anyways.
@@lukemeyer338 going to do this during the weekend, hope I don’t mess my cap up haha
Would you still recommend this mower
Yes, it’s good for larger properties or commercial work.
Good idea with the materials. How’s it holding up? Any leaks?
No leaks, holds up well. Use it to pull my weight up onto the roof at times.
