To get to the site from T2 and T3 where the fountain is: Take the connecting bridge to L2, Departures Hall and walk 10 minutes to reach Jewel Changi and Rain Vortex .
From T4: Take the free shuttle bus to T2, where you can find :
orchid and sunflower gardens, gym .
To get from the Airport to the City Center of Singapore you can use : 1. MRT trains Singapore at the Changi Airport MRT train station is located on the lowest level. 2. City bus. line 36/36A stops are located next to Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Tickets can be purchased at the airport or directly from the driver (you must have an equal amount ready , because the driver does not give change). The journey takes approximately 60 minutes. 3. Taxi ranks, located in the arrivals area of Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4. Taxi fares are slightly more expensive during rush hours and late at night. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes.
