I found my Reeve Supes and the variant at the Franklin Walmart in Gastonia in the Neca section. It's not a store exclusive.

FWIW...that C-3PO/R2-D2 cardboard piece at 24:31 is part of the Attack of the Clones feature shop graphic kit for Toys R Us in 2002. It really isn't all that faded - 3PO was grey in that movie. Awesome collection!
