If it's treated, is it still jade but low quality? Or is it some other stone? I have an A grade Guan Yin pendant and I have a bangle that isn't tested but glows under UV light. But held up to normal light the matrix inside of both of them looks the same. It looks like the same stone (but obviously the bangle is treated). So if the bangle isn't jade, what stone would it be?

Definitely the cut of the bangle affects how tight it is. I have 2 that are both 55mm, my size, and one is thin and round and the other is wide and flat shaped (16 mm wide). The thin round one definitely is a lot more difficult to put on despite being the same diameter as the wide flat one.

I love the sound and if it is real grade A jade they don't break. Jade is 6.5 - 7 on the mohs scale. Very strong it's only the fake jades and acid bath pieces that are brittle and would crack.
