We charted that boat a couple years ago. Decent fishing however we told them prior to leaving that almost all of us were having our fish processed at 5star. Ol Capt Steve got pissed! After off loading, Steve sent the cook to tell us that we were never allowed to charter them again! All because we didn’t have them process our fish!!

Nice boat. Sorry though were all done with H and M landing. Too hit and miss and TERRIBLE customer service and they steal your fishing rods. NEVER AGAIN.

Trip #2 Report: Checking in from our second trip. We wrapped up our last trip with 51 wahoo and all the yellowfin tuna and dorado. Hurricane Norma was extremely kind to us and we saw nothing more then 10Kts of wind for 90% of the trip. Up until the very last day we had to run into Mag Bay which made a perfect trip. Today we are just under 10 wahoo for our trip to 70lbs. Yellowfin from 30-40lbs and dorado have been keeping us very busy for the last two days. We are starting our morning looking at new water and we are seeing some potential. We will check with you soon and we’ll see what today brings us. Connected our charter group with a handful of big ones before handing it over to me to get it done for a bit. Have to say finally connecting with a big one on the kite was the most satisfying thing I’ve ever done. Hard work pays off at the end of the day. From catching bait the night before at Catalina to rigging up 20+ baits early the next morning and searching for fish 120 miles offshore. Stoked it all came together and the hard work paid off. Blessed to have the opportunity to learn more and get better at my craft! Beautiful boat!!

Morning swim for the crew and afternoon set of lobster and wahoo tacos for the crew. Water temps in the 80’s. Bait is holding up with the occasional dip of Muerto, but it’s holding up ok. Treating our bait as if we’re one of our babies. If anyone is interested in the full Mag Bay experience without being able to come here. Let us know. It’s as wild as it could be for the ones that have never experienced it. Raw in every form. Capt Keith
