Our Sheep Just Gave BIRTH! First look at baby hair sheep. Will mama take them in or reject them?
These sheep are 100% grass-fed and require very little attention. They are Katadhin Hair Sheep and we love keeping them. We bought these based on Greg Judy’s recommendation, and we have not been disappointed. Lonnie over at Rolling O delivered these girls to us and they have been a blessing. God Is Good!

The CHEAPEST and EASIEST way to start Sweet Potatoes
Переглядів 218Рік тому
In this video I start my heirloom sweet-potatoes in a green house. 2-3 months prior to planting, I put some potting soil in the ground of my greenhouse and buried my sweet potatoes. From just over 20 sweet potatoes, I got almost 500 slips to start them from. I’m this video I discuss the benefits of using this method. Thanks for being here! Subscribe if you liked the video!
How we feed our Dairy Goats
Переглядів 120Рік тому
In this video, I talk about mob grazing goats on pasture. Goats are browsers naturally and this requires extra input, but raising them on pasture and rotating frequently requires less worming, feed, and improves the soil. This is my first technique I’ve tried and we are trying a new technique next month so if you’re watching this in the future, make sure to look for the next video on how we’ve ...

How many chickens on how much ground per week?
Very good video pal, and I agree with your advice!!!
gj man you can do it
They are now selling GMO so sad.
How many whole eggs do you have everyday? I have 24 whole eggs
Heirloom andd open pollinated seeds are cheap. Basil is about 1 cent a seed. Tomato seeds 5 - 25 cents. I grow thousands of plants per season. Baker Creek needs to sell bulk. Thier packets, website & cataloge need more growing information. You really have to do your own research on each cultivar. Overall I give them a b+.
Very good God bless you
I have one of these that the girls have used for 3 years. Works well
There used to be a big crank in front to fire the engine. Very distinct sound.
Love the poppin johnny hat
😂you have my grampa's glasses and I'm 65! Instantly felt a big smile in my soul😊
Your Grandpa had excellent style! And thank you for being here! Keep on smiling
When sprinkling tiny seeds I miss them with used coffee grounds to get more separation
❤if you don’t like winter squash, try another variety. Bound to be one that works for you. Love info about indeterminate potatoes as I didn’t know before
Absolutely beautiful.. she minds you. Love these lil beauty’s
The issue I have with their packets. Is that they put more into the history of the seed on the packet and not telling you how long (how many day) it takes to harvest. Other than that I like their seeds. They ALWAYS give more seeds than they say you get on the packet. They also regularly test their corn for GMO cross contamination!
That information is more or less found on line or older farming books. It's also based on region and so many different factors that it varies so much. I've never gotten my actual growing information off of a seed pack.
I think of baker creek as dna material, not bulk farming supply. I try many different plants and see which ones work in my climate, then i grow and save seeds from the ones that do well for me. The website says it all… rareseeds. You get to try them on a small scale, then make your own bulk seed production if its a good variety for you.
I've always gotten great results from any seeds that I've bought from Baker Creek. Baker Creek also doesn't charge shipping.
I love Bakers Creek. Sometimes I will just need one cultivar. No minimum for free shipping in USA is a big plus. Always extra seeds. + free seed suprise packet. Prompt shipping.
Mortgage lifter tomatoes are incredible! Best wishes with everything you got!!!
Everwilde the best I've found, quantity and germination rates are superior
All of those things are the same basic design and work very well. I use them myself but fair warning. If you have roosters like Copper Marans that have huge beautiful combs you'll need to make other provisions for them because they can't get their heads in the feeder ports.
Very, very good ! So proud of u and ur wife …Love you. Both
We love you too
Very good information!
You are really doing good , I can tell you now your paw would be so,soooo happy .. he worked yrs on this place and he loved every minute of it …
I love watching you .. I also love those sweet birds singing
Thank you for loving your chickens! I loved my chickens and hope to get more soon!
I bet my rabbits would like to help eat the maple bark!
I’m sure they would! If you would have drove by earlier, you might have seen me chewing on it 😂
They were chowing down on that buffet! They're so cute. Thanks for sharing & God Bless!
We love baker creek! It’s where we get most of our seeds and when we get a chance to visit I’m always so excited.
2 great minds working together .. absolutely a wonderful couple
Wow,,Sorry, I Just Don't Get it!??? Everything but HOW to plant it! Did I miss it somehow??? 🥔😕
This is about starting them buddy. You missed reading the title I guess.
Hi Jack! I was just wondering what y'all had been up to yesterday! I LOVE sweet potatoes! So do my pupsters & chickens. I buy an average of 2 a week. I have 3 slips from the one sweet potato I am using for slips, with 2 or 3 more coming on. I don't have a good place in the garden for them, so I am going to plant several of them in a huge tree pot from the nursery where I used to work. I think it's at least a 100 gallon pot. I bet my rabbits would love the leaves! I'm going to try your method next year! It's basically the same as I did with my one sweet potato in my kitchen window. I about had a heart attack when I plucked that first one off of there, but it came off perfectly! Now I'm wondering why I bought them in the past! Good to see you & God Bless!
Thanks for being here! I got way behind with everything (which is no real excuse) but I am finally seeing daylight again and hopefully will post more. God bless and thanks again!
@appalachianjack99 It's a busy time of year for sure! I'm sure recording a video takes up more of your time, too. Looking forward to more videos--when you have time! God Bless!!!
Lol what a joke, that wouldn't keep a rabbit in😊
Love my Whites. I have 3 pair
Great deal! 👍👍
You should start working out you would feel amazing. if you started
Fiiiiberrrr
I was sad and disappointed with heavy hitter okra. My hill country okra out produced the HH.
The algorithm is lackin!.. I ordered my electrostop last night
I'm a new subscriber after watching a few of your videos. I had two boar meat goats 🐐 several years back and I had 2 acres of land I put them on a dog leash and one of them screw in the ground thingies and they would eat a perfectly round circle I didn't have to cut my grass for 2 years and they were just as fat and healthy and happy as they could be
Glad to have you here brother. They are eating machines
I've been using Baker seeds for the last 5 years and I've never had a germination problem. Yes they are a little more expensive 🫰 but also I used to purchase my organic seeds from another company that's been around for a very long time and when they changed management for some reason I started having germination problems that's when I discovered Baker Creek and I've never looked back.
Stupid American fckr. 90% of the shit in your home from China lol
Great fence
So that's pre marijuana fencing 🤔 Brilliant
I used 4 gallon square buckets. Depending on the thickness of the buckets, the round ones don't want to seal that well.
Can you share your exact order please? I need all of that stuff but it’s adding up to way more money than what you’re saying 🤷♀️
What did you pay for just the chicken fence and what is the size of it please?
164 foot and about 170
What's the square footage it covers?
1400
@@appalachianjack99 thank you
Are you guys in TN? I’m wondering what your experience is growing heirlooms in humid or rainy summers?
Very good
The kunekune pigs are so cute! if I didn't live in town, I would have a couple of them, too! God is indeed good! I thank Him every single day for my dogs, rabbits & chickens. Even that rooster that I'm not supposed to have in town that is crowing very loudly right now! God Bless!
Amen! God bless and keep on the course!
