Absolutely love my grey ghost 2!!! Outperforms all of my other reels. Even ones that are nearly 3x as much $!!! The 2 pocket pouch is great too. I keep a whole other couple of rigs from the float down to the hook, and it helps when traveling from home to hole to just keep your rig in as well. Best price to performance ratio on the market today!!!
I caught a 15 pound catfish on the brown trout pattern tube on the first fishing trip with a johnny morris carbonlite 2.0 rod,pflueger president xt25 reel with 5lb line it took me about 8min to reel it in

Nice looking reel I’ve been tempted to buy one but seems to handle really well.
This reel is awesome, especially for a 2000 size reel! You can lock that drag up solid if you want , or back it down a little and let them scream! I landed a 22”+ super thick brown on this setup last night and it handled it like a champ!

Awesome, I know Brian has the prototype rods/reels at the store but it’s 4hrs away might just drive up there at fish grand junction at test it out.
You can pitch the HD so freakin good with this combo. Handles the j spec well too!

Sure, my setup was a 5gram FM float from blood run. Blood run 10lb mainline down to a #12 swivel, and 6 lb fluorocarbon leader. Round shot in varying sizes stacked below the float down the line and leader. Soft bait with a trout magnet jig head
