Surprising and interesting project. This has always felt a special area of the City to me and I'm glad some concern and investment is going into an anchor project here. I can remember 35 cent movies at the Capitol, watching Jaws for the first time, going to the Halloween spectaculars, meeting friends here. The neighborhood with a record/electronics/camera store, the A&P nearby, of course St. Anthony's church/grade school/high school, and all kinds of health and living and food services provided by the businesses that lived here were welcome and necessary. It's been a sad 40 years passing the closed Capitol. I hope this project thrives and re-energizes the area.
