Hi Sally, your concerns are what I'm concerned about. My grandson had ADHD, IEPs in school etc. I would hate to see those options be taken away. And health insurance is so important not just for your generation but for we who are on Medicare. Worries are on my mind a lot. But I also accept that we are all different and all think differently. That's what America is all about. Good luck with everything. Can only say hang in their. Now I'm going to watch the rest of your video

I don't watch news hardly ever anymore. The more you watch, it makes everyone anxious and depressed. I try not to think about the holidays too much. I try to keep a project going and have it on my table next to my chair. I'm glad you take the time to do flosstube. I appreciate you. As long as my kitchen and bathroom are clean, and I have a load of laundry in the works, I'm good. I'm 75 years old . I want to stitch! Lol

Hi. My granddaughter also made the crocheted market bag and I lined it for her with some cotton fabric. It wasn’t difficult to do, and we felt like it would help keep things that might otherwise fall through contained.

Good for you for expressing your concerns about the future of special education. Too many people are afraid to speak up. I have a young couple with a baby that lives across the street from me. Both are Special Ed teachers but they had trump signs in their front yard. I don't get it. Let's pray that it's just another lie that MAGA is so good at spreading. BTW...I was raised in Bay City but left in 1975. Now that I'm widowed, I'm hoping to move back to my hometown. When I was a kid, my parents always took a drive to Midland to see the Christmas lights, especially at Dow Chemical. I'm glad I grew up when I did. You do a good job with your channel. Thank you for the great tip when using fuzzy floss with one leg of the stitch DMC. Your sweater is gorgeous. I have had very good success using gussets in sewing. I'm anxious to see how that goes in knitting. Your knitting is beautiful. I'm struggling with my current crochet project - and amigurumi octopus, mostly because the yarn splits and it's cotton and so hard to get the hook into the stitches - so I can sympathize. I love the color of your bag - and I'm sure it will bring you joy every time you use it. Looking forward to next time! Hugs

Hi Sally, you popped up on my feed this morning & I’m glad that I checked you out. Not easy having a child with a disability/spectrum. Not everyone is kind. I have had to homeschool because the school was not a healthy environment for my boy. Like you, finding joy in the small things is what helps me like cross stitch, knitting & crochet among other things. Loved the message.
