In this video, I break down my thought process as a Top 500 Illari player, analyzing my POV during critical fights and clutch moments. I go over everything from what I’m seeing and thinking in real-time to how I make snap decisions that impact the game. If you’re an Illari main, or just want to understand ...

How I Process 6 Things in 1 Second | Top 500 ZARYA Mindset Breakdown
Переглядів 47321 день тому
In this video, I break down a game that helped me reach Top 500 on tank this season in Overwatch. This isn’t your usual gameplay review-I'm diving deep into the split-second decisions that set high-level players apart. I’ll pause the action to show you how I process multiple factors in just 1-1.5 seconds, from enemy positioning and ability cooldowns to team synergy and map control. If you’re lo...
isnt skiesti like diamond or masters? is masters or diamond top 500 now? i havent been looking at the leaderboard. good video though!
Awesome, awesome, thank you!
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
In case this isn't a troll.... Delete your seed phrase. You're supposed to keep them secure and private. You've effectively given everyone access to your wallet, by posting your seed phrase online..
If you live streamed i would love to see your gameplay!!
Maybe eventually! A bit camera shy at the moment :P
This is the exact OW content I want to see, perfect breakdown of positioning and use of abilities at a high level. Gimme more please
I would really like to see more videos like this! I think the biggest thing I was interested in from this short video was the idea to track your teams abilities i've tried getting better at tracking enemies but haven't really thought about my own team as much. But even with tracking enemies i'm never really tracking the whole team rather specific players of interest at the moment. So that is something I also need to get better at. I'm currently in silver/gold.
tracking your own teammates cds is just as important as the enemy teams! as a support you can start by focusing on just your tank's cds then eventaully move to tracking the dps once it becomes second nature
Would love to see Brig or Juno 😊
Brig is in my hero pool for sure! Anytime the enemy tank is dva I always insta swap brig. Maybe I can do a video demonstrating my thought process with her
@@thenickyow That'd be great! I really struggle with Brig 😅
Good use of Projected Bubble
I was hoping you made a video about kiriko! I find your train of thought really illuminating. Keep up the good work!
I 100% will watch more high level Kiriko content.
Sharing this with some lower-ranked friends. It’s helpful to see decision making articulated like this. Climbing out of low ranks means understanding that your actions should always have intent behind them (and not just reactive “you took damage so I’ll heal you!” gameplay). Subbed :)
Thanks for this comment! I want this video to be just me explaining my thought process for every decision I make, right or wrong, its important to have intent behind it!
Subscribed! Thanks for making these videos. They're really helpful as a lower ranked support player

I’m starting to catch on with what you’re teaching about pylon placement. This is very useful information. Btw, you’re a great teacher. Relaxed, nice voice with a welcoming disposition and you’re helpful. Big Ups. Edit: And the jiggle-peek info, doing it in time with Illari’s charge! Very cool.
Now that I’ve played Illari for a bit, I know/have a feel for what you’re talking about with breaking and replacing the pylon during rotations. Thank you for your help, sincerely, and for inspiring me to try out this awesome hero. I’m having a blast. I’m gonna binge your Illari stuff. Big Ups.
Great video!
Well splained, kudos
Very informational for someone learning how to play support, thanks so much!
Glad you enjoyed it! Do you play anyone specific you'd like to see me do an insight analysis of?
Why’d you have to dunk on super like that 😭 did him dirty 😂
He's a good lad
Leave a comment for whoever you'd want to see next so we can mix it up from Illari!
This really helped, could you please make this a series for every individual support? Would love to see baptiste next
@ThemToast glad you found it helpful! A series would be cool! While I don't play every support, bap is definitely in my roster so it'll come soon!
I found your post on Reddit! This was incredibly helpful, thank you! I love playing support and have been wanting to branch out from Mercy/Ana/Lifeweaver, but have been really struggling to learn Illari in particular. I watched your video and my games are already going amazing, and I feel much more confident in picking Illari.
Glad you found it helpful! Keeping that uptime% on pylon as high as possible is a key to playing her
GOATed analysis, thanks for these vids, super helpful!
Glad you got something out of them! I already do vod reviews on my own, so I figured I'd just start recording them!
@@thenickyow Certainly appreciate your time, and would never oppose more support breakdown!
That's super smart
Thanks! Any part in particular?
I don't mean this offensively. This looks like plat-diamond support gameplay tbh. Holding and waiting for cooldowns, placing pylons where they're safe, poking damage. Where's the annoying ass tracer all over you all game or the dva and winston all over you all game, the brig 2nd support throwing, dps raging in chat? Like your game is super mellow, hardly anything to worry about, team is reliable. The reaper didnt even push you at all when it was their job. Their sojourn was always out of position, taking horrible flanks and not rotating or anything. I don't get it. Their ana seemed geniunely lost cus the enemy tank kept inting/feeding whole time.
not every T500 lobby is full of pro players and sweats. anyone can hit low GM/T500 with enough time on the game. the skill gap between low and high T500 is acc crazy. if a champion player smurfs in a low gm lobby it would be like a masters smurfing in gold.
This is awesome. I love the analysis. It also confirms for me that I am making the right decisions regarding my pylon placement, it’s so critical as Iliari
Pylon placement and rotations with it are so crucial to her entire kit. She's a dps with a pocket Lifeweaver lol!
Thanks for posting this, it's super helpful. My only feedback is that the game volume is very loud so if you can crank that down in future vods that would make for a better viewing experience!
I thought it was fine ngl
Thanks for the advice! Will crank it a little, I see what you mean
Saw your post on Reddit. This is great stuff! I don’t have much experience with Illari but this makes me want to change that. Sincerely, thank you for this impressively educational video. Also, probably stupid question: I imagine you make Illari work regardless of map/comp, right?
Not stupid, she can't be played in certain comps. She's an "anchor" support. This is bad on maps like the new clash modes, or bad with a friendly rein who wants to always move forward to make space. Thanks for the kind words, I'll continue making these videos, it's helpful for me to just share my thought frame by frame.
brig nano at 8 min blew my mind lol
Great Video!, I really liked the simple break down. I usually hover around high to mid-plat on tank and I'll try to adopt this mindset and see how it goes.
