Auric at Symphony Park, Ilumina on Raider’s Way, Ellison Apartments, Shared Downtown, and Elysian at the District in Henderson are the ones I’m checking out.
Damn! I been considering Vegas but I learned apartments more southwest could have bugs and scorpion problems. I’m looking at Henderson and downtown area in the new construction. Also coming from Chicago, I’m not of fan of the desert heat, so I’m putting move off to September and will only do short term ‘til May or June. I don’t want to live in Vegas during summer months 🥵
