Genesis was very helpful. It helped me to know how valuable the opening story is. I think I might have had more of a children's book understanding coming in. Since one of the original manuscripts only says the word prophets and the other original manuscript has the word Isaiah as well as prophet, the question would be did Mark actually write the word Isaiah in or not? Did a later manuscript add or remove the word Isaiah?

The congregation MUST become involved.... the traditions of this church / people - their mindsets & how "church " is done must change... If you do not encourage vocal participation & questions, answers during your meetings,,selah,,,, You will have no future meetings , growth comes from involvement, questions and answers become a family atmosphere & all stones should be uncovered publicly. The tongue can set a forest on 🔥.. However,,, tolerating demonic forces(repression, regression, suppression, the "-essions") which refrain the Spirit & mens traditions(yes, church ways) will keep the Holy Spirit away.... John 1,2,3,4 would be excellent hands-on participatory series & church involvement for the community... less you have become so indoctrinated into the ways of Baxter/world that you have no effect,,,, the culture affects the church ... To the congregation, Have you received Jesus ? John 1, Get rid of religion & traditions of men, John 2., Human knowledge, & and ways religion can not lead you to eternal life,,, understanding of the natural can lead to the spiritual. John 3, *15-21* , *:30 -He must increase, you must decrease. Memorize & live out deutronomy 6 & use your tongue to transform your life & the potential of all you encounter.... your tongue is the wick which the Holy Spirit can shine bright, John 4(woman at the well), you have no oil without the Holy Spirit.... Again, get rid of religion & traditions of men.. John 5,, healing is in salvation(every aspect of your life).... Daily feed & speak John 6 John 7,8,9,10,11,,,,, you'll see the life you must live. John 12,,, become like Lazarus,,,Do people/community hate you, persecute you because you will not stop talking about Jesus...? Go back to John 1,,,, if you haven't lost people, places, or things of this world (counting the cost-luke 14) you didn't learn effectively from the Holy Spirit thru chapters 1 - 12.... Read 13 -17,,, see ,Jesus said you're an ambassador speaking one kingdoms message in another kingdom,,,,& the Father's kingdom has requirements ..... Psalms 1 ties directly to deutronomy 6, it ties directly to ephesians 2,4,6 (sit,walk, stand) 1thes5;16-22,,your marching orders.. Grow in grace and mature in the Spirit 🙏 praying for those involved 🙏
