No. We only planned on keeping one of them. The rest have wonderful homes with “Great Dane” people. Big hearts for big dogs.

We actually kept one of the boys…. We planned having this litter and keep a boy from it for the past 4 years. So not all the pups are gone…. :) but the room is clean.

She’s actually handling it really well. She’s not moody at all. In fact, quite the opposite. lol.

Oh thank you, don’t worry; long story short. We have an AKC champion great dane we planned on breeding since before she was born. She is currently 3.5 years old and we just had our planned litter. The pups are AKC Futurity nominated to be one day future show dogs (and hopefully champions). We kept one pup, and two of the three others are also in dog show homes. One is going to be a “pet”… but probably could have been a show dog too…… they just live too far away from dog shows.

When you have the ears cropped (rear edges removed) so that the ears can be trained to stand on end. The cup and head bonnet is to keep the ears protected so that they can heal in a safe and clean manner. Great Danes have been bread with larger and larger ears over the past 130 years to enable prettier cropping. The cropping also helps ear health through cleanliness and prevents bell potential hematomas (bursting of capillaries and bleeding) from shaking their heads.

This song came out when high speed internet and video streaming was possible (20 years ago). It opened a world to Bollywood production not (commonly) seen in the west; and really catchy music.

Yes this is a Daler Mahndi song and it was very popular , played in parties and events. Very nice song and awesome puppies 🎉

Through the UA-cam app I was searching for a normal version of the song, but all I found were remixes either sped up electronic dance style or this “heavy metal” version. I think the original would been better; as I was trying to edit the head shaking as if it were the dance moves.

Hahaha, very true. You tell them apart in person, but on video, the colored collars are to make it easier. Red was checked first and was already moved back to the car, the other two tiny dogs were the vet’s personal pups. (Private vet clinic means bring your dog to work day is everyday.)

hahahaha... at 5:15am, like when this video was recorded, those are moments you desire less rambunctiousness. Making all of these recordings is just to capture the memories as they happen; knowing they "go home" in (less than) two weeks. We will miss these special moments.

Georgia, who runs Daynakin Great Danes, selected the father “Zef” from another breeder, whom she knows through the regional Great Dane clubs. Georgia has handled Zef at numerous dog shows knew him and his temperament.

@@user-dp1wc4oh4r I do owe a bigger update… I need to get a banana from the store for my weekly “banana for scale pic”. Today they are 6 weeks old. (Happy birthday!). I just weighed them: red boy 16.3lbs, green boy 16lbs, blue girl 15.8, yellow girl 13.6lbs. All on track for getting to ~20-24lbs in the next two weeks.

No kidding!!! Every video they will be slightly larger.

Measuring to the shoulders, at least 32”. The boys will be larger than the girls. Full grown “dog show” Danes are very impressive. Their heads will be around 46-48” or so. I should post their pedigree info for reference.

I posted the pedigree sheet, it will help with seeing how big the parents are. :D thank you for asking!!
