    If you have a Samsung galaxy Phone, you have Samsung health that give you everything you need. GPS with Google map, the option to pair a heart rate monitor and moor ((( and it’s free. ))) for my needs, it’s perfect.

    3 weeks now only two pounds of 96/4 lean ground beef a day , down 15 LBs also only eat between 4 and 6 I fast all day other then that.

    You have made a great video that has hooked me in! I subbed and I think this channel is worth more subs.     it wasn't until i bought a scale and started actually weighing my beef that I could see how many calories I was actually eating. I LOVE beef, and could easily eat 1000 calories is a meal, even though i made it home cooked. Using the scale I'm much more conscious about my portions and already lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Switching to deer meat has also been a good alternative for me, it has about half the calories and I can't taste a difference.Buying the Extra lean ground beef as you suggested in the video is another great option!

    Seitan is actually the cheapest form of protein I've found if you make it yourself. These are some great options - except for the liver!

    Got my Creami Deluxe around a month ago, and have used it AT LEAST +20 times already. I have protein ice creams EVERY SINGLE DAY! :D About to buy like 5-6 bags of protein with different flavors JUST for the ice cream creation, lol 😂

    You need to uodate this video immediately!! Garmin just updated the app and it is horrible. I have been a Garmin Connect user for 6 years and loved it until April 19, 2024 when they rolled out the new version. Its a mess. Maybe Garmin will roll back to the old version.

    I always get bummed out when I see these people in their 20’s add the sugar free pudding to the creami recipes like it’s nothing. For us people in our 50’s who love ice cream we might not be able to handle all those phosphates and aspartame and the sugar in the regular pudding is bad too. I wish they had alternatives to the puddings in the recipes. The non pudding ones on this video looked good.

      I don't understand no matter the age why people insist that they have to add protein powder. Is there ice cream on the market commercially that's full of protein powder? I doubt it but for some reason these people get it in their heads whether they're 20 or 75 that they have to add protein powder

    Nice video. If you add allulose it helps reduce crysralization. Also, a minimal amount of vodka will do the same thing.

    Gatorade Bar is absolutely S tier for anyone who needs to eat a decent amount of carbs. The sugar witch hunt is ridiculous, it is not going to kill you in moderate daily doses.

    Barbell curl saves more time. Its one of the most iconic gym exercises that pretty much everyone can do. exercises like tricep overhead press are dangerous you should mention that. If some has no gym barbell or dumbbell they can for chin ups and close grip push ups. And what about shoulders and forearms. This is incomplete bro you should also include that 😊
