The server should have told you what a Fresh Lumpia was. Sometimes I'm in the mood for one. Most of the time I'm not cuz it can be pretty messy and really does require a cutlery. A fried lumpia is just handy and can be eaten like any other egg roll style food. Most of the time Fresh Lumpia is a salad in a pancake. lol

You order lumpia is called FRESH LUMPIA. if u like lumpia like egg roll thing, its called LUMPIANG SHANGHAI thats a fried LUMPIA that you want 😊

That’s because they don’t wash them , the eggs have a protective layer of oils and when washed it loses its ability to keep itself fresh therefore needing refrigeration, we would store our eggs this way after collecting them from our chickens and wash them right before cooking

We only refrigerate our food to make it last longer and make it convenient rather than having to go outside and hand pick them ourselves eggs
