for Travelers
to guide for genuine travel information and solutions,
to provide genuine information of stays at respective location
for Village communities
to promote their homestays , guesthouses
to generate tourism in potential villages,

Its a house built in 1962 and Established as homestay in 1992 in Jibhi Village
by Mr. Bhagwan ji Rana.
It was an initiative by Mr. Bhagwan Rana to start tourism in overall Banjar Tehsil of Himachal Pradesh.
The Guesthouse is a Heritage Home built in 1962.
After establishing it as a guesthouse in 1992, it has become a Pioneer place of start of tourism in whole Banjar Tehsil.
Tourism has been carried out at the Guesthouse with intention of keeping very low foot prints on mother earth and preserve the Himalayan nature.
And for this, various efforts have been taken by rana ji at various levels and considering its various aspects.
So being at is place is just not the stay but a unique experience.

I have stayed in a hotel next to this place few yrs back and wanted to stay at Sawita Niwas but it was full. Fab location and truly soothing place. Just opposite to Chivla beach. The Khasi music heard in this video is just a sound of a musical performance we conducted in one of the remote villages of meghalaya. So the lyrics i am also not aware, but i liked kind of rythm and overall vibes at that time and later, So i used the music here. So its a live performance recorded.
