Had a 12G set not fit on a 2019 schecter lol grovers
THATS SO FIRE MAN!!🔥🔥🔥
Dude a Floyd Rose like mine! You don’t see a whole lot of restringing those though.
Yeah
That's a sexy guitar broski!!!
Try flatwounds. Much mire tension for lower tunings and fatter fundemental why havent the metal guys digured this out yet?
Charnel guitar good. Yamaha amp good.
Asswhooping riff.
The sound of fresh strings is music to my ears ❤
T
I have one of my guitars tuned to C Standard for my own music i use 13-56 gauge strings and the 56 is such and effort to get through the locking tuner
🤘🏻
Worst headstock on a Charvel.
Check the intonation, looks like you have room if you need to adjust that b all the way back \../
Wanna sound cooler? Turn up the Amp. All I can hear Is tge twang
I use 13-68 at scale 25'5
This is just a lesson in why Floyd Rose bridges suck
Unwind the top of the string with some pliers, never have that issue
I play in Drop D a whole step down on a baritone, relax
Gay
90s tuners Before everything was stupid
Why the beeeeeep don't you STRETCH new strings a bit? Are you the third kind of guitar players? The ones that keep tuning til they are 150 years old? The ones who think they need those string locks? Pallease, learn why people run two fingers pushing the string hard, several times. That pre-stretching really helps an awsome lot. Nobody needs locking tuners and nuts. It is just hyper expensive toys, if you'd ask me.
Needing to stretch your strings is a sign of a bad string company
Locking tuners and nuts are actually a part of the floyd rose tremolo system and are necessary to keep the tuning in balance (also reference the claw adjustment behind the body) the bitch stays perfectly in tune no matter how hard you crank that mfer (reference Dimebag Darrell’s whammy work, you could never ever do that with a fixed tremolo) 🤙🤙🤙
@@Thrashmetal89 Do you consider D'Adario and Ernie Ball BAD? That is weird.
@@voornaam3191 D’addario is overpriced, and every time I’ve bought Ernie balls they’ve been inconsistent and dead. So yes, i am calling those brands bad.
I’m so mad about having a floyd rose its so fucking inconvenient 😂 the way the tuning stays pretty much permanent is really nice though
what no i want a Floyd rose Am i stupid Is this a joke What is going on bc i NEED a Floyd Rose😭
@@raena_copiacobain you see the locking nuts at the head and the tremolo claw on the back inside the body that he uses the screwdriver on? Every single. Time. You. Change. Tune (say from e standard to d standard) Every single time. You have to rebalance the entire system, the tremolo, and the intonation screws are a whole nother story. The benefits are being able to crank the hell out of that tremolo (whammy bar) like a mf and stay practically perfectly in tune (reference dimebag darell of pantera!) and an overall stability of the tuning even after being left for longer periods of time. Certainly not for the faint of heart lmao
More like drop beerrraannngg
"Look what they need to mimic even a fraction of our power" - 7 string I'm having fun with drop G on my 7 at the moment
Cool..we know what your strings sound like. Maybe next video we can hear what it sounds like through an amp.
Drop-A is where it's at.
drop b for me is type o negative vibes 😂😂😂
Wait til you hear b standard.....
This is an asmr video
Kinda sounds like a shamisen
Ughhh so heavy .... damnnnnn
i use drop d to play Dont be cruel by Elvis Presley
Play Everlong in Drop B and thank me later
Drop b sounds acoustic 😂
When you want a 7 string but just cant afford it 😂
Tune it to e standard with those strings i dare u
Broo i bought a cort x500 emg pickup with floyd rose cant tune my guitar trmolo is going up likr crazy can you help me please
Oh the fucking struggle. Back when i got into sevendust (b)or SOiL (A#) in the early 2000s my guitars just sounded like dog shit. Took so much work. Now i regularly tune to drop A because I've fogured it out. After like.... 2 decades... Had a 7 string, and 8 string. Sold them both because i just wanted the low end anyway and 6 strings set up for it are just fine.
Man i thought my 54s were thick
Come on bands were tuning to drop a in the 90s
definitely need to turn the amp up you can hear more pick attack than tone
,,,,thank you very much,.......................,,,
I cam comfirm that when you hit that open string drop b that lil riff after is almost natural to play right after
he moves like hes animated
Bad ass. I slept on Machine Head for many years but this album blew me away.
Slipknot enter chat*
I love my 8 string for a reason.
Drop D is probably my favorite. Or Drop C
Slayer 🤟
Curse you, Floyd Rose!
